Identify the size of your tyre
The exact dimensions of a tyre can be found on the sidewall printed mark. The graphic shows how to read properties and dimensions of the tyre:

SPEED INDEX:
The speed index indicates the maximum speed intended for the tyre. Up to this value, the manufacturer guarantees optimum operation with the appropriate tyre pressure. The maximum speed allowed for this vehicle is given in the vehicle owner's manual; this information can be used to select the appropriate speed index for the tyre. The speed index is the last mark on the sidewall of the tyre.
 
Load Index
Permissible maximum axle load per tyre in kg. To be found in the registration certificate or vehicle registration document or read directly from the tyre (two-digit number). It is permitted to fit a tyre with a higher load index.
 
Driving safety despite puncture
Runflat tyres are puncture-resistant tyres with reinforced sidewalls. This creates the so-called run-flat property. In the event of damage, this allows the vehicle to continue driving up to a distance of approx. 100 km (and even beyond depending on the product) at a maximum speed of 80 km/h, even if the pressure has been completely lost. Run-flat tyres even prevent the tyre rubber from jumping off the rim in the event of a loss of air pressure. A flat tyre is therefore still a flat tyre, but it loses some of its drama. Note: All run-flat tyres are marked with the symbol "RSC" (Runflat System Component) and may only be fitted in vehicles with a functioning air pressure control system!
 
Tyres with increased load capacity
Reinforced tyres are designed for higher loads than normal tyres. They can be identified by the designation 'RF' (reinforced) or also 'XL' or 'Extra Load'. They are used on vans, minibuses, off-road vehicles, etc. However, their mounting alone does not automatically result in higher load capacity but also requires a correspondingly higher air pressure. Furthermore, the load capacity index specified in the vehicle documents continues to apply.
 
Tyres with extra high load capacity
The "C" in the term C tyres stands for "commercial". These tyres are specially designed for commercial vehicles. These can be, for example, lighter trucks, delivery vans, flatbed trucks or panel vans. In other words: vehicles that have to move higher loads at a comparatively lower speed. The multi-ply reinforced C tyres are therefore even more load-bearing than reinforced tyres.
 
Mobility-optimised tyres
A tyre with a sealing layer on the opposite side of the tyre tread. In the event of a puncture (e.g. by a nail), this layer blocks any loss of air, even if the foreign body causing the puncture is still in the tyre. It is not necessary to stop or change the tyres immediately at the roadside.

Definitely the best tyres I've owned to date. I'm driving 28years and always had an issue or two with tyres, so decided to go for all season tyres online so I could see reviews and specs . Bought full set of 4 Rotalla after seeing reviews. I am not an overly cautious driver let's say, and I would take roundabouts at a fair enough speed, previous tyres would struggle on wet days. I instantly felt a huge difference on roundabouts, and grip on breaking on colder mornings . I'm extremely happy with the road grip and performance on sunny days AND colder frosty mornings. My car feels safer to drive for sure. I drive in city, rural and motorway roads regularly so I can say I have tested these tyres fully. At a guess I've done approx 2.5k+ miles on these tyres. Fuel efficiency has improved slightly, but my car is old, so wasnt expecting miracles. I'm changing cars soon and I just hope I can get these tyres or very close to, for the new car. That's how happy I am with them. Only reason I might have not given 5 stars all round is because I cannot judge the noise or fuel based on my own cars age and knowledge of noise level. Highly recommend tho, delighted I took the chance

Really good tyres, couldnt fault them. Great grip in wet and snow. Deff. will buy them again. Why pay 100+ per tyre when You could have pair of these for this money.

Damn right dangerous... had these put on less than 6 months ago, and if you drive in a slightly spirited manner the lack of grip is phenomenal. 30mph bends leave you requiring replacement underwear. And it just gets worse in the wet. Braking distances are terrible in both wet and dry, but they are comfy for 45's. These are a drift tyre in my opinion, cheap and grip less. I only have 150bhp apread across all four wheels and they still slide, I wouldn't recommend them on anything with more than 100 ponies. And if its slightly moist or greasy out, you better be good at throttle control and counter steering... at low speeds they are perfectly acceptable, but if you like to put your foot down abit I'd spend some more money, we don't scrimp on safety.

Affordable tires. But the biggest problem is everytime the noise around the 80kmh. Like your wheelbearings are defect. I read more complains about this tire about the noise. China tires.... They promise a lot (extreme low noise in the specs... But in real you buy "crap".

Gute Reifen, siehe meine Sternebewertung. Warum ich hier schreibe, hat einen anderen Grund. Der Reifen hat EU Label B für Nässeeigenschaften, was bedeutet, dass der Reifen bei Nässe gut ist. Das trifft meiner Meinung nach zu, er ist gut. Gut ist besser als durchschnittlich und logischweise deutlich besser, als schlecht. Es gibt x Tests, die etwas anderes als das EU Label behaupten und sagen, er sei schlecht. Meine Bitte daher, wer auch immer zuständig ist: entweder das EU Label ist Unfug, oder die Tests. Beides passt bei diesen Reifen nicht zusammen. Vielleicht fallen sie auch sehr unterschiedlich aus oder passen zu manchen Autos gar nicht. Also nochmal mein persönliches Fazit: ich suchte günstige Reifen mit Berge Label, also offizielle Winterreifen, die bei Nässe gut sind. Meine Wahl fiel auf diese Reifen und sie war richtig. Ich kann die Reifen empfehlen.

I have already 12000 km with this tires and the feeling is very good, even drove with 130 on highway on light rain without any problems, drove on ice roads and it was ok. I gave 4 stars on the show grip because I did not test them yet on show... but overall are very good!

Definately was not going to pay over £1000 for replacing with the same make of tyres as on the vehicle from new so looked for a cheaper substitute. Came across Landsail and have only ever bought this make ever since. I find they hold the road well in all conditions and wear well. Great value tyre when compared to others.

Had them before on very high performace cars, not many cars in the UK has 500nm of torque and one needs very good tyres to keep the car to behave and stay in control if these tyres were in fact rubbish then the scores from others would reflect this as fact! Bad thing about positive reviews is we are all voting with the turkeys IE more expensive tryres as more will buy them? Only downside is when brand new they tend to slide alot but only for around 40 miles its to do with the silica finnish they put on the tread to make them look the part. I wish they would stop this practice but other brands are even worse?

Bought these tyres as a bit of an emergency stop gap after somebody had slashed my tyres in a city centre car park, they were only supposed to be on for a few weeks until pay day and I could afford something better, however they’ve now been on for 6 months and have been used in all weathers, including a couple of muddy tracks. They perform really quite well, grip is very good in the dry, only a slight decrease on wet roads and better than expected in the snow. Although they’re not a mud tyre, they still handled the muddy farm tracks with ease. Fuel economy seems pretty much unchanged, road noise is slightly higher than a premium tyre but not so much that it becomes intrusive. Tyre wear is on par with others, I’ve done 10,000 miles so far and judging by the remaining tread, If I run them all the way down to 1.6mm, I think I’ll be on course for a 20,000 mile lifespan.

Excellent grip on black iced roads during the winter period. Also very good grip on wet greasy roads after both light and heavy rain. Always feel in control. An excellent tyre and so far the wear is negligible.

Unbelievable grip in freezing winter conditions. Good grip in all conditions. They last longer than other premium tyres which more than accounts for their relatively high price. ps 'your feedback' section, its Braking not Breaking :)

Because of the damp and at times colder weather in Scotland I prefer to use al season tyres all year round - and on my previous cars my preference was for Continental all weather of winters. Could not buy Continental's in sizes I require for my BMW 640d so chose these Vredestein Quatrac Pro after considerable research - and have not been disappointed. These are excellent tyres, grip the road well in al conditions (but no snow here yet) and are much more comfortable and quiet that previous Pirelli Z run flats - indeed so much so that a friend to whom I gave a lift recently asked it my car was electric it was so quiet. In summary - great tyres in all conditions, and it will be interesting to see what tyre wear it like over the coming years.
