The 883 Superlow comes with Michelin tyres as standard from new. I contacted Avon to get their recommended fitment. I was very cautious as these were for my wife's bike. But I needn't have worried. Following her on a trip to France, I could see that she felt more confident. We haven't checked the mileage, but the rear tyre has now had an advisory on the MOT, so I have a new Avon to fit. Cheryl told me she scrapes her foot pegs on bends. Exactly the same size tyres, so it's only the confidence of the extra grip. I don't worry about how long they last. Harry

Much better performance than original fitted Golden Tyre. Different feedback from front due to "harder" tyre mixture.
